All the products sold in this shop are genuine

2. Why is the price so cheap?

All our products come from main sources:

1. Sale off and outlet products at authentic stores of in Asia.
2. Excess manufactured products. All brands are manufactured in Asian countries such as Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Typically, the factory will produce an excess of 3-5% than orders. This surplus is to compensate for defective products. And this excess is allowed by the processing factories to keep or sell to third parties. We also collect these products.

3. Is the product used??

All products sold in this shop are brand new products

Shipping & Returns:

1.How long do I have to wait to receive my product?

All our products are processed and shipped within 5 working days by Courier (4-7 days) or regular Courier (10-12 days).

2.What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product I received?

Please send the product to the return address specified by customer service. The information you will be asked to provide when applying for a return includes: (1) a description of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return (any quality issue return); (2) Order number; (3) Contact information. You may also be asked to provide a photograph of the item to be returned and documentation of any quality problems so that we can conduct a preliminary assessment of the condition of the item

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

4. How to choose the logistics of return or exchange?

Please do not use major shipping companies such as DHL, EMS, or FedEx. Use the regular registered mail service to avoid entry problems.
